Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation with CDG to Disney Transfer, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
1. Service Agreement
Our acceptance of your booking constitutes a contract between the customer and CDG to Disney Transfer. We are committed to providing a professional private chauffeur hire service.
- Operating Details: Our registered office is located at Rue de Meaux, 77230 Dammartin-en-Goële.
- Sub-contracting: While we aim to use our own fleet, we reserve the right to use vetted third-party partners when necessary to fulfill your booking.
2. Safety and Liability
The safety of our passengers, chauffeurs, and vehicles is our highest priority.
- Chauffeur Discretion: Our drivers have full authority to exercise discretion in all matters regarding safety and road conditions.
- Traffic & Delays: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, or extreme traffic.
- Speed Limits: Drivers will strictly adhere to legal speed limits and safe driving practices.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
- Vehicle Damage: Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during the hire period. This includes specialized cleaning (valeting) or repair costs.
- Property: All personal belongings are carried at the owner’s risk. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to passenger property.
- Luggage: We reserve the right to refuse service if the amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s safe capacity.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
Standard Bookings:
- Cancellations must be acknowledged by us during official business hours.
- Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge.
Events & Multi-Vehicle Bookings:
- At least 7 days’ notice is required for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged at 100%.
Note: Cancellations must be confirmed via email at info@cdgdisneytransfer.fr. Your cancellation is only valid once you receive a confirmation reply from us.
5. Payments and Eligibility
- All services must be paid for in advance according to our current tariffs.
- By booking via cdgdisneytransfer.fr, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
